We stand behind our plugins’ quality and your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience problems with a plugin, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.


Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
  2. Your issue(s) derives from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its functions.
  3. You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) by contacting our technical support team.


Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

  1. You simply decide not to use the plugin. It is recommended to first try the free version when possible.
  2. Subscription renewals. A reminder email will be sent out prior to automatic renewals, and you can cancel a subscription at any time.
  3. You have purchased the plugin after completing a trial.


By purchasing a plugin from DEV Institute, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
